Manna Moda ("Manna", "we", "us", or "our") provides the Manna app in the United States. By creating an account or using Manna, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Manna.
You must provide accurate, truthful information when creating your account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
You agree to treat every person on Manna with respect. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Harassment, threats, hate speech, or intimidation of any kind.
Scams, fraud, or soliciting money from other users.
Posting sexually explicit, violent, or unlawful content.
Impersonating another person, company, or Manna staff.
Using bots, scripts, scraping, or unauthorized automated access.
Attempting to bypass safety features including blocks and reports.
Sharing another person's private information without their consent.
You own the content you post on Manna.
By posting, you grant Manna a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use your content within the service — for example, showing your photos to potential connections.
You are solely responsible for what you post. Only upload content you have the right to share.
We may remove any content that violates these Terms at any time.
We do not conduct background checks on our users. Exercise caution when interacting with others online or in person. You are solely responsible for your interactions and any decisions you make to meet someone from Manna.
Live Sessions and Features
We do not guarantee matches, visibility, mutual interest, or continuous uptime.
Features and availability may change at any time.
Live video sessions begin only after both users independently choose to connect.
Termination and Enforcement
We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts, remove content, or restrict features at our discretion for safety reasons, policy violations, or misuse.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings menu. This removes your profile and photos subject to legal and safety retention requirements.
Accounts terminated for serious violations, including harm to minors, will not be reinstated.
Manna is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ModernDatingCo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Manna. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new effective date above and may notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of Manna after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
